United Nations of Kerbin Official Meeting

The CICS leader walks to The UNK building, located on the north peninsula of Ciiropoga. It is a small town, effectively, complete with electricity, housing, and a meeting building. The flags of all nations form a circle in front of it. Docks for yachts and small warships are also in the bay.

"Good day, guards. I've nothing on me, just my car."
"Welcome, Mister President."

A ship bearing the Aeruzan standard sails into the port. A ramp falls down from the front, and two armoured cars drive out. Both vehicles drive up to the building and stop near the guards. The passenger side window opens on the first.
Inside sits a kerbal male with a black military uniform. On his brassard there are five chevrons, and an image of a blue cross with twin spears going through it at the join. Above the cross is an image of a green laurel.

As he exits the vehicle,  the drivers of both cars and the occupants step out.
Before closing the car door, he reaches inside and retrieves what appears to be a long black stick with gold decoration and a wooden handle on top.
The passenger of the second car steps just to the side and behind him, with a similar stick, though far less ornate. His uniform is similar, though the brassard only shows a single chevron and instead of the spears cross and laurel it has a single spear with a laurel at the head.

The four others, two from the back a of each car, line up in rows of two behind the second kerb. Though their uniforms are aghain similar, they wear no brassard and instead of the long black stick they each have what is clearly a holstered handgun.

The one at the front speaks to the guards in an incredibly pompous tone. "I am Marshal Stultus Superbus, third of the Five. I have defeated eight who sought to revoke that rank. These five are my legionary bodyguard, and will enter with me. Stand aside that we may enter."

The guard looks at him with a bit of a twitch

"P-Pass on in, sir. The bodyguards must stay outside the meeting room, however."

The Aquitian blimp lands at a nearby location; from a compartment below, a crimson car bearing the golden laurel of the Imperium pulls out, and drives to the UNK building. Once it arrives, two Imperial Guardskerbs dressed in honorary uniforms and wielding traditional spears and shields exit the vehicle. They march to both rear doors, and open them simultaneously; from them steps out an older kerb and a younger one. They walk to the entrance, presenting themselves as Senators Maximilian and Platus.

"Welcome, sirs. The guardskerbs can go everywhere but the meeting room. They will be checked for bombs.

The marshal barks an order to two of his bodyguards who hand him and the Captain a gun each. They holster the weapons and walk into the building, the bodyguards returningnto the cars.

Two guards follow the Aeruzan kerbs, and escort them to the meeting table. They then proceed to say, "Sir, we know you have a firearm. If you use your firearm on anyone not attacking you with a firearm, you will be swiftly terminated. Understood?"

The Marshal turns swiftly, and glares at the guard, fury gleaming in his eyes. He places a hand on the hilt of the sword at his side and begins to speak. "I am well aware that you know that I carry a gun. Do not presume to threaten me again, or I will take it that you mean to be number nine."
The Marshal sits down, not waiting for a response. The Captain seems to sigh, them sits just to the Marshal's left.

A VIP transport helicopter with the DRK insigna arrives from the main Ciiropogan airport, and lands near the meeting palace. After the rotor stops, the DRK Chief Ambassador, Alizadeh Menjari, dismounts it and heads for the entrance, accompanied by his entourage and six bodyguards.

"Greetings agents. I've been informed that the Aeruzan delegates entered the palace armed. I request that our armed bodyguards are permitted to escort us inside, or that those kerbs are disarmed."

The Camponjan delegation arrive, unglamarous as always, in their GI jeeps. May the Prophet have mercy on their souls...

"Welcome, everyone."

The guards walk over to the Aeruzanians. "Sir, we've been asked by a delegate that you remove your weapons. They will be stored in a secure box outside the building."

A New Arovan Float plane lands nearby and docks with one of the wharves. Out of it drives the prime minister of New Arova, Mikaere Moana, personally drives a small car with an unarmed bodyguard up to the conference building. "Hello I am Mikaere Moana, Prime minister of New Arova, may we enter?

"If they fear me, let them. Assuming they have no reason to attack me, I have no reason to attack them and so they have nothing to fear. If you must, you may have the guns. The sword goes where I do."

"Alright. Seems to be a fair compromise."

"New Arova.. must've been easy for you to get here eh? Welcome in."

The Kyuxian Minister of Foreign relation lands in a vtol plane outside the nearest airfield. (Imagine Bell XV-15)
He and one guard get's out and get's to the meeting.

"Seeing as that guy got to keep his sword it must be fair for me to take a dagger?
"Guard, give me you knife, dismissed"

The two senators begin mumbling to each other:
"There are many blades around us. Shall we bring in the Guardskerbs?"
"No. I shall go alone and request that I may hilt one of their swords. It should fit neatly under the toga."
"Very well, Maximilian."

The younger of the senators walks outside. He is gone for 2 minutes, then returns. He slightly opens his toga, just so the senator can see the thick Aquitian sword.

"I may not be the best swordskerb, but this blade is thicker than any of the others i've seen. Should we be attacked, the other swords may simply break into two. That, and the Imperial Guardskerbs can rush to our aid."

A sleek, black helicopter touches down on the green, carrying two kerbs who had arrived at the international airport the night before. The two kerbs--the delegates from Segerline and Terripana respectively--were the designated UNK ambassadors for both their nations, both of them well respected within their nations and the WPRP as a whole. Aboard the helicopter with them were six armed guards, each fully equipped with combat vests and SMGs. The delegates themselves carried no weapons, but each had on their belt a specially modified radio, with only one large, red button. If activated, the radio would send a signal to the guards with no need for speech, and was to be used in emergency situations only.

The Segerlinian delegate steps of the helicopter first, closely followed by his colleague and the six guards. The party immediately sets out with long, purposeful strides towards the UNK guardskerbs.

"Greetings." says the Segerlinian delegate in his usual clipped, precise manner. "We're here to represent Segerline and Terripana at the conference. The guards will remain outside. May we proceed?"

The wind starts to blow... The waves start to move... Right on the horizon a small red peck is seen. The peck starts to become bigger. A gigantic sail, painted in various dragons appears.

Then starts to be seen the hull. A giant, rectangle-like wooden hull, painted again in various dragons,  delicately, and minutely painted with gold, silver, and decorated with the richest stones. A true masterpiece.

The ship appears. (OOC: https://i.imgur.com/f7S1KP6.jpg, my ship is like the last one here) Made out of the finest wood, the finest silk, the finest gold and the finest stones. The anthem is being heard. A hundred and one dragon-shaped kites fly. The ship communicates with the coast:

"Ah, hello! Please dotn worry - the ship might be gigantic, but its completely unarmed. We ask for the possibility to dock, we bring the representative from MSRUNH. And dont worry. Even tho there are dragons in our lands, although very few, we didnt bring one, you wont burn."

A Gladian private jet lands and representative Rolf Peten steps out.

"Hello, I am the Gladian Representative Rolf Peten, I am unarmed, may I enter?"

The Captain frowns, then leans over and whispers something in the Marshal's ear.
The Marshal's raises his eyebrows for a moment, then looks to the others in the room.

"My subordinate informs me that the socialists have invaded the Imperium Aquitus again, without so much as a declaration of war to allow them to prepare to defend themselves.
The lack of honour with which they operate is disturbing."

"This attack isn't surprising news. We have been expecting some form of assault since they stepped foot on our lands. If they were expecting a quick victory, they have another matter on their hands."

We gave them a Ultimatum, which they refused. This could have all stopped but they want war.

You must see that Aquitus declared war upon a ally and later integral part of the WPRP, what we did was simply to assist this ally. The goal was to stop such warmonglers as them from doing these kind of actions, not to oppress their people. When they decided to not follow this fair treaty they also decided to not follow the peace, which is why this is happening as we speak. The current occupation and curfew is temporary while we get the situation under control, and will in no way last.

"You assisted your ally and then proceeded to annex the offender. The first was the correct course of action, but the second? You deceitfully wrought the situation to your advantage, and used it to increase your own strength. You should have demanded compensation and then left their country alone, but your greed came before your sense."

"I thinky ou were confused slightly. Where in the treaty did it say we annexed him?"

"We only removed their offensive capabilities, nothing more. The rest was completely spared even though we could have done more"

"That was until they decided to void the treaty though"
