The religion Gunjisutos follow is known as Otnish.
It is a religion made from scraps of others, and consists of a large god ruling over smaller deities. Those who follow the Otnish faith do not pray to their god, but instead do what is considered good in the deities' light. They believe that if they do this, they will receive good in turn. There are small towers around the country, each of them in different biome. They represent the biome's deity, and are considered to be very sacred. To destroy one of these towers is to declare war on Gunjisutoka.
The religion is almost completely specific to the country; there are very few people outside of the race who follow it.

Gunjisutoka is built on the remnants of an older civilization, from thousands of years ago. It has many various materials buried under the surface. GS focuses on military because of its need of defense. The past rulers had to race to be able to claim territory, as it's fertile soil and amounts of underground ores were sought after by others for temporary mines. GS has made an effort to isolate itself from most of the world, only allowing trade from a select few countries. It is said that they have many defense mechanisms inside the very land of the country, the most often is that it is a time bomb ready to blow.
In terms of the military, little is known about it, as it is very close-guarded. Gungjisutoka stays low-tech for information transport, using various old tactics to deliver. The military is very unique in that they allow their soldiers to be used as mercenaries amongst their (very few) allies, fighting in other countries' wars and being couriers. The country specifies in silent-but-deadly warfare, investing money and time into silencing and strengthening technologies. The basic training includes use of melee and long-range weaponry, as well as parkour and other unusual training procedures.
The country has also been said to had developed a special type of martial arts utilizing weapons and motorcycle-like vehicles. It is, however, unconfirmed if this is true.
The island off the coast of Gunjisutoka is often considered useless, as it had very few resources. However, GS insists on keeping it, as it is useful to them. No one knows why...

- The Island that is now known as New Arova was once occupied by simple tribal fishermen. They had no concept of metals or any higher technology but had a very complicated culture and religion. Then settlers arrived from a nation whos name has been lost to history, all we know is that it was located across a great sea. When the settlers arrived they attempted to convert the tribals to their religion, however this did not succeed because to the positive and peacefulness of the tribals religion and the negativity of the settlers religion. After the first wave of missionarys the government made peace with the tribals and established Dunport as their city and named the island New Arova after a Provence in their home country. However after several years the aristocratic elitist parliament forced the military into fighting the tribals to acquire more land. The setterler armys had the element of surprise with them and looted and pillaged many small villages in the opening days of the war, however later attempts to push deeper failed because the tribals started getting organized and eventually the tide turned on the settlers and the city of Dunport was overrun. However unlike other kortugan groups the Tribals decided not to kill the settlers and instead allowed them to continue living in Dunport and get a minor say in government. sometime during this war the settlers home nation was destroyed in an unknown disaster (most likely a kortugan attack). After the war a new parliament was established made up of 4/5ths tribals and 1/5ths setteler (despite the population being only 1 10th settler). However in order to avoid another terrible war like the one between the settlers and tribals the parliament decided the nation should go into isolation. After several hundred years the parliament decided to contact nearby kortugan tribes and other nations, only to find that they were nearly 75 years behind technology wise. Now under the new leadership of Prime minister Mikaere New Arova aims to contact and begin peaceful relations with all civilized groups on kerbin.

The Tribal religion is known as HaHeHi or the island god. In this religion there are gods for all the planets, and stars (many familys have shrines to individual stars) but the main one is the Sky Father. Long ago it is said that the stars and planets were very close to the ground, and everyone lived peacefully and happily on the island, however the red god, Duna convinced the first Kerbals to reject the Sky Father and worship himself instead. Although he was angry with the Kerbals the Sky father decided to punish the Kerbals with eternal misery alone on the planet without the planets and stars and lifted all the planets and stars high above the island, however a prophecy says that if they can get back to the planets, the sky father will forgive them.
The Setteler religion is called Zepotism much like other civilized religions by only having one god. The god in the Settler religion is known as Zeptos, it is said that in the beginning there was only Zeptos, however he longed for worship so he created the universe and the herbals. After many millennium of devout worship from the kerbals one known only as the defiant one spoke out against the religion in favor of science. Then Leptons spoke through a great profit not to follow the defiant ones lies as worshiping Zeptos is the only true path. through the years other dissidents have been put down by force by the church and at one point they had mobs of fanatics to roam the city streets destroying schools and other religions churches. The main idea behind Zeptos is to convert the others to the faith, by force if necessary. Currently the Zeptos church is headed by a great profit, the leader of a group of lesser profits. In the last few years more and more followers of Zeptos have been converting to HaHeHi or other large international religions.

That's something I simply decided myself and between mods. He can still have 1 million if he wants. His island will just be crammed with really large apartments.

The Emperor of the Red Sun chooses Imperators based on a complex national examination system. Each province and major population center has representation via an Imperator. The Imperators and Emperor rule together, with succession being from Emperor to the favorite Imperator.
Capital: Dawn City (this is not a true city, but rather a roving center of governance. Each Major city has an Imperial Palace and a Public Palace (for the Senate) and where the governance roams is termed "Dawn City" for the duration).

Religion: Red Sun Worship, directly worshiping the Sun at dawn and dusk, indirectly in reverence for all the light of Kerbol does to nurture life and sustain civilization. This is a nationalistic faith that is official, though expression of other faiths and creeds is not forbidden it must happen in designated "scholar" sections of Red Sun temples. The government is not a theocracy but the concepts of Red Sun Worship are deeply rooted in the education, daily life, social custom and historical perspective of the Empire.
The strongest manifestation of the Imperial Church is in record keeping via the Senate. The Senate is not a voting body, but rather it functions as a polling apparatus that attempts to accurately guage the will and beliefs of the Imperial Citizens. Preists can be punished, including being put to death, for willful falsehood. They are most trusted and most watched in their frequent role as Senators, which is a high status position compared to being a Professor which is the norm for a priest.
History: Thousands of years ago the Red Sun Empire began as a village of humble fishing people who also had good trade in salt and salted trade-foods. Using some non-arable land to build houses with salt pans on the roofs fed by primitive wind-cranes that dipped salt water up on onto the roof they lived in cool domiciles and used the sun to learn much about sea salt. Harvesting the roof pans took place when the sun was weak, and this early practice was formalized into post-dawn and pre-dusk harvest of roof salt pans.
The sun also allowed them to salt and dry fish, vegetables and even the dead. The first Emperor was the first scholar to write down and draw the practices of the village wise-folk. This codified knowledge was then taught to his sons in unusual but effective fashions that had been told of by travelers and traders. These sons were then sent to other villages on the coast to share the knowledge of what would eventually become Dawn City.
As the focus of the Empire became acquisition of the inland villages the focus became more about agriculture, but again studies of the sun and the life it brought allowed the fledgling empire to economically dominate its neighbors. Development has been gradual and structured, with regular records going back more than two thousand years. The result of this is a stable government and universal imperial faith with an emphasis on education and productivity present in both. One well known negative result is that the language of the Red Sun is quite literal and does not lend itself well to entertainment in the opinion of most foreigners. The complex forms of Red Sun are often too fast or use specific grammars that make the poetry, plays and prose of the Empire difficult for those not born into it. The reverse is true when dealing with practical or scholarly matters as the often pedantic texts of the empire are very educational.
Modernization has been late to come for the Red Sons due to long stable conditions, but a fraud nearly decades ago within the national examination system led to a rework of the checks and balances through the entire government. This rework firmly integrated the scientific method in places where ancient thinking had still prevailed. The efficiency and innovation resulting from a scandal that almost rocked the line of Imperial succession has led to what many believe may be a new golden age for the Empire.

- The lands of Iyartae were once inhabited by several kingdoms with close ties to each other. While the kingdoms shared a common culture and language, various historical rivalries kept the kingdoms as separate entities. Two hundred years before the founding of the federation, a major war broke out between the kingdoms. Lasting half of a century, the war devastated the kingdoms and nearly one eighth of the Iyartaen people were killed in the war. The brutal conflict finally came to an end when Merens the Fifth took the throne in the Kingdom of Fayualn. A tactical genius, Merens led Fayualn to victory over the other kingdoms and established an empire.
The empire thrived for many years after Merens unified it, with trade being established with other civilizations. Pankerbism came to the nation through missionaries and merchants and soon spread the be the most popular religious belief. After fifty years of peace, the empire was thrown into chaos with the attempted secession of Mourek. In an incredibly bloody conflict, the Mourekians fought off thousands of imperial soldiers and held out against the siege. After seeing the success of Mourek, other regions followed its example and the empire soon crumbled.
Several decades after the empire fell, democracy was brought to several of the outlying kingdoms by philosophers who had traveled to foreign nations. The incompetent monarchs were overthrown by the peasants, who were largely successful due to the nobility backing them. These newly founded republics allied with each other and formed the first Iyartaen Federation. The Federation soon came under threat by the neighboring kingdoms, who saw it as a threat to their rule. After gathering their forces, the kingdoms declared war on the Federation and attempted to annex it. Iyartae sought help from several overseas nations, who provided help in fighting the kingdoms. After the intervention of these foreign nations, the Federation was able to push the monarchist forces back and turned the conflict into a war of liberation. Several years later, the last of the kingdoms fell and the Iyartaen people were united for the first time under a democratic system. After unifying the Iyartaens under a single nation, the politicians quickly went to work at establishing the government system. These decisions were the foundation of the current federation and continue to be in place today.

Lopozecal in Kortugan, means "Land of the abused".
Early Lopozecal started out when a group of sickly, abused kortugan tribes united, to fight off it's instigating neighbors, but slowly but surely, the tribal leader became corrupt under his power, and established a law that kerbals over the age of 12 should construct a breathtaking palace for him at the tribal center at Duahellon. When times came tough, and no building materials were around, or they were low, the corrupt leader ordered to annex neighboring tribes and city-states for their materials, and more slaves. All was going well.
Until a famine and plauge struck Lopozecal.
Today, Lopozecal is a strict country where civil rights and political rights are unheard of, the palace at Duahellon still stands today, and it is used as the capitol building where Hedstuda Mermah stands proud and mighty. Lopozecal has a dark history, and is tattered with war.
Remember, if you try to attack the land of the abused, you'll become one of the abused.
